Accessing Images

You will find the Picture Day ID and Security Code on your order form. If your order form features your child’s images like Sample A, the required Picture Day ID and Security Code are shown above Pose 1 and Pose 2. If you received a portrait envelope with prints to purchase, you’ll find the Picture Day ID and Security Code in the Payment Amount box on the order envelope shown in Sample B.

Multiple children can be claimed by the same user. To claim additional children to your account, you can enter their Picture Day ID and Security Code on the Sign In page. If you are already active in the site, you can add another child on the My Albums page.
Security is very important to us. We only allow authorized users to access student information. If you have misplaced your order form that includes the Picture Day ID and Security Code, please contact our customer service team online or by calling 877.381.8276.
We are extremely conscious of security on PreschoolSmiles.com. The login process was designed to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to images. The claiming process is authenticated based on information provided on the order form. If someone else in your family has already registered, the message described above would be displayed. Ordering

Typically, most images will be available to view online within 2 business days after your Center’s final picture day.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to the Center within 2 weeks of picture day. If you selected the mail home option, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
An 8x10 specialty sheet will be delivered in place of the class picture.
No, the class picture is only available as a print.
We know that sometimes you want something fixed on your images like removing a scratch or covering a stain on clothing. When you add retouching to your cart, all products/images will be retouched for the one-time fee associated with the service, and when you check out you can provide your specific retouch request.
You can order more prints, select products or additional digital images on PreschoolSmiles.com. Once you buy a digital image, it will be available to you on Shutterfly.com. Here's what you can look forward to since Lifetouch is part of the Shutterfly family:

Digital Images

Images are 2400x3000 pixels, with 300 DPI. Digital images print best in an 8x10 format but can produce a quality up to 20x30 depending on printer.
Once your digital image is available, you will receive an email from Lifetouch+Shutterfly to link your Lifetouch account to Shutterfly.com to claim your image. You only need to claim your image and link your accounts once! After you add your first Lifetouch image, any subsequent digital images purchased on PreschoolSmiles.com will be automatically and securely added to your Shutterfly account, with no further action required. We will send you an email notification whenever you have any new image available.
If you didn’t get an email from Lifetouch+Shutterfly inviting you to claim your digital image, you can start the claiming process here. Just enter the email address that you used to make your purchase on PreschoolSmiles.com and follow the instructions to access your digital image on Shutterfly.

Lifetouch has a copyright designed to protect images it takes, similar to the policies used by moviemakers, video producers and writers. Customers may purchase a digital image or Portrait CD which grants them the use of their images for legal, noncommercial purposes. The copyright release for any digital image you purchase will be available on Shutterfly.com along with your digital image(s). If you purchased a Portrait CD, it will include the copyright release.

When you order on the PreschoolSmiles website, we need your email so we can send you a receipt for your order. If you order a digital image, we will email your items to you when they’re ready.
